LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jason Sudeikis’ fans quickly jumped to his defence after his ex, Olivia Wilde, reportedly claimed that he has paid her zero child support despite having a "significantly superior" income. The 'Don’t Worry Darling' actress, 39, reportedly filed a legal request for child support from the ‘Ted Lasso’ actor, 47, to assist with the day-to-day requirements of their children, eight year-old Otis and six-year-old Daisy.
Wilde said that they have yet to agree on an interim arrangement while the details of their custody issues are settled. "Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter," the 'The Lazarus Effect' actress wrote in a court document, obtained by The Blast. Wilde also claimed that she had been covering “100% of the costs for the children’s care” which included food, clothing and extracurricular activities.

"I am asking the Court to make an order regarding child support so that I can adequately provide for our children commensurate with Jason’s standard of living," she said, according to Page Six. Wilde has requested a court order compelling Sudeikis to pay her attorney's fees of $500,000 not only because he was in the pink financially but because of his "egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct." "While I have yet to receive specific financial information from Jason, my understanding and belief is that he is wealthier than I am and has far greater income. I have no reason to believe that Jason would dispute this," she continued.
‘Olivia has borne the lion’s share of the expenses’
The ‘Tron: Legacy’ star, who is represented by Kim Kardashian’s divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, demanded that Sudeikis pay child support beginning on the day that the lawsuit was first filed. “Jason shares equal responsibility with Olivia for the support of their children, yet Olivia has borne the lion’s share of the expenses for their children since the pendency of this action,” the documents stated, according to the outlet.
According to The Blast, Wilde admitted to the court that she earned more than $40,000 a month in salary, in addition to another $60,000 in revenue from the Wilde Company and rental property. She also has $645,187 in bank accounts, $3,902,689 in stocks and bonds, and $6,021,860 in real estate and other properties, totaling $10,569,736. Moreover, she reportedly spends $107,000 a month on her mortgage, laundry and cleaning among others.
