In the heated '90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After' Tell-All, Andrei and Charlie argue after Andrei claims Charlie called immigration on him

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Charlie Potthast, according to Andrei Castravet, called immigration on him. However, following the second part of the '90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?' Tell-All fans feel Andrei is responsible for his plight.

Andrei and Charlie clash during the heated '90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After' tell-all after Andrei accuses Charlie of harassing him by contacting immigration. In the recent '90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?' In the tell-all episode, between Elizabeth Potthast and Andrei's family conflict erupts. With only one month remaining in her pregnancy, Elizabeth is unable to fly to New York City with Andrei and her family. Charlie, Elizabeth's brother, mentions someone called immigration about Andrei, and he's questioned directly if he did.

"No… I don’t think about him," Charlie adds. Becky Potthast agrees with Charlie and adds, "I really highly doubt that anyone from my family called the office." Shaun Robinson, the show's host, asks Becky why she argued Charlie contacted immigration. "My family doesn’t do petty sh*t like that. They really don’t," Becky adds.

Andrei is confident that Charlie made the immigration call. Andrei is unable to explain why he believes this. "He said, he’s insinuating," Andrei explains. He adds that his lawyer has warned him that it's "a possibility that somebody have reported you" because it's "not normal" to not acquire a green card.

Andrei's lawyer joins the tell-all and explains why Andrei will almost certainly have to go through another interrogation. The lawyer reminds out that Andrei may have been recognized for previous behavior, or someone could have filed an anonymous complaint against him alleging that his marriage was false. The latter would result in an investigation. According to the lawyer, immigration is more likely to block an application if the allegation comes from a trustworthy source. "Obviously, family members would be more credible than an anonymous source," Andrei's attorney claims. "How do you know if they’re family members if they’re anonymous?" Charlie wonders.

"Who else would know?" Andrei quips. Andrei's lawyer points out that they wouldn't know if it was a family member since they don't have access to such information. "Exactly. "That's my point," Charlie says.

Calling Andrei "far from perfect" a viewer tweeted, "Charlie is a d**k but Andrei is a di*k in overdrive. He’s egotistical, rude, crude, loud and obnoxious. That he doesn’t feel that he needs to change about himself says all we need to know about him. He’s far from perfect and Libby needs to check him hard." Some viewers also feel it isn't Charlie who reported Andrei as they claim, "Charlie’s wife Megan reported Andrei after the pool fight." Seeing Libby quiet in the situation, made fans believe, "Libby not saying a single word when Andrei talks his shit is proving her sisters and Charlie right!" Also seeing Andrei go after Charlie and his finances, a fan wrote, "Andrei needs to tread lightly when he says Charlie isn't going to amount to anything and is broke, last time I checked Libby's dad helped Andrei out when he got to the USA."

Some fans also believe Andrei's past has something to do with his immigration issues, "No. Like the rest of us, Charlie didn’t know thT was something he could do. ANDREI IS THE ONE. It’s his shady past that had him run from Moldova 2 Ireland. What’s the secret he’s hiding about that? Plus he overstayed his visa years ago, when he went 2 the states." On the other hand, in hopes of the truth coming out, a viewer tweeted, "Hope they show Charlie's wife saying she would have him deported. Andrei needs to know that." Some fans also believe Andrei will have the most support from Libby's family who he has been fighting all along, "No, Charlie didn't call immigration on Andrei. Becky looked just lovely in her outfit! I'm glad there was some peace made. I believe if it came down to it, Andrei's allies would be the very ppl he's fighting the most!!" Fans also think Andrei is deliberately creating a difference between Charlie and his dad, Chuck, "Andrei is only interested in driving a wedge between Chuck and Charlie because Chuck is where the money is. If Pam had the business and the cash, he’d be on her side. He sickens me."
