Who is Devin Ratray's ex-girlfriend? 'Home Alone' star strangled her over free autographs
After 'Home Alone' star Devin Ratray was accused of strangling his ex-girlfriend in an Oklahoma hotel room earlier this month, he was arrested on Wednesday on domestic violence charges. The alleged incident took place after the 44-year-old actor made an appearance with his ex at OKC Pop Christmas Con in Oklahoma City. He was featured as one of the attractions at the two-day event.
The former child actor, who is best known for his role as Kevin McCallister's evil older brother in 1990's 'Home Alone' starring Macaulay Culkin, reportedly got angry with his ex-girlfriend after she didn't charge two female fans for his autograph. At the time of the alleged attack, the pair had been drinking at a bar. The argument between the two got heated as they went back to their hotel room where Ratray allegedly ended up getting violent and strangling her. He currently faces charges of domestic assault and battery by strangulation, as well as domestic assault and battery charges. Ratray "turned himself in and was processed through and bonded out," the police told Fox News. He has denied the charges and has been since released from custody after posting a $25,000 bond.

Who is Devin Ratray's ex-girlfriend?
The name of Ratray's ex-girlfriend has not been released by the police and none of the reports have identified her. She has claimed that after the couple attended the convention, which took place between December 4-5 at the Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City Airport, the pair ended up drinking at two different locations. The actor drank a bottle of wine and 10 shots of liquor during the outings. The girlfriend added that she had given some of his fans free autographs without his permission while at the bar.
Ratray allegedly pushed his girlfriend onto the bed before putting one hand on her throat and the other on her mouth after they returned to their hotel room. "The victim had trouble breathing while she was being strangled and while the defendant’s hand was over her mouth," according to an affidavit. As he allegedly continued to choke her, Ratray's ex-girlfriend claimed that he said, "This is how you die." As she attempted to scream out for help, Ratray's girlfriend bit his hand. At that point, he stopped strangling her and began punching her till she ran out of the room. When she returned briefly to the room to collect her belongings, Ratray allegedly punched her against a desk.
According to KFOR, the victim was found with multiple injuries including bruising under her left eye, marks under her right eye, marks above the left side of her lip, a bruise on her chest and a sore arm. The pair have since broken up following the violent fight.
Ratray has denied the alleged violent encounter, claiming he never put his hands on her. "Mr. Ratray denies he ever laid a hand on her or did anything in regards to anything like that," Ratray's attorney Scott Adams said. "What we do know happened was the individual he was with and he was from out of town (and) got into a disagreement. She called the police eventually. They showed up at the scene and two patrol officers talked to Mr. Ratray. They talked to the female. They didn’t see anything that they thought was sufficient enough to place him under arrest or take him into custody."
