Singer, songwriter, record producer and dancer, Tinashe has been working on new music recently and revealed she has sent some songs to Ariana Grande and Saweetie on Sunday, August 16. She's also been teasing fans about a new single with Iggy Azalea. And since the buzz won't die down, we are hit with a case of Tinashe fever and we can't stop recalling some of her best tracks. Today's Destination Jam is all about Tinashe-love as we feature five of her favorite songs. Check out our playlist below.

'Rascal (Superstar)'

After just a month of its release, Tinashe's 'Rascal (Superstar)' has already proven a solid hit with a music video over one million views. One of the most striking things about this superstar is that her music is a perfect blend of both pop and contemporary R&B. Tinashe's music either has one style more than the other or an intoxicating mix, and it is not an easy task to pull off when pop music is more upbeat and R&B generally favors slower tempos. According to Billboard, the vision for the quarantine-inspired music video was to capture the life of a "socialite trapped in her own home with fans streaming to watch her 24 hours a day."

'Superlove'

This breezy upbeat banger was inspired by the 1980s and 1990s era and adopts a Miami bass tone. Tinashe described the song as a "celebration of happiness. More specifically, it celebrates the kind of happiness that is so immense and infectious, that you can't help but to rejoice in it. I hope to eulogize this wonderful energy and make people feel good, love harder, and dance together," according to MTV.

'Touch & Go (Remix)'

Tinashe brings a whole new meaning to the expression "short and sweet" with her remix of 'Touch & Go' from her fourth studio album 'Songs for You'. For the remix, Tinashe recruits rising EDM Producer Tarro and the result is one-minute "touch" of beautiful music. At the song's end, you are left wanting more and the creative effect by the singer-songwriter is notably innovative. Although, you may be tempted to put the track on repeat.

'All Hands on Deck'

On 'All Hands on Deck', Tinashe's showcases her ability to use (usually melancholic) minor chord structures for a catchy bop. Over minimalistic distorted bass, a thick beat and water-drop-toned synth providing the melody, Tinashe sings, "Wasted Heart. You took the last bit of love I've ever had. You took a good girl and you turned me oh so bad. Kiss your old bae good bye, she's dead and gone (dead and gone)."

'Play Fight' with THEY.

This stunning collaboration with Tinashe and LA-based R&B duo THEY. is one of her most melodic tracks. Tinashe steps in for her verse one minute in and continues in vocal harmony with THEY. members Dante Jones and Andrew "Drew Love" Neely. A perfect way to end a Tinashe list is with this buttery smooth ride-along track. Kick back, relax and listen to 'Play Fight' below.
