Demi Lovato's Neon Lights' has officially received 100 million streams on the music streaming platform Spotify. The song is the fourth track off her fourth studio album 'Demi' which released in 2013 and features a powerful score and vocal performance behind trance and pop themes.

The American singer, songwriter, actress, and television personality has been making headlines again since her recent performance during the pre-game at Super Bowl LIV, hosted at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. In an Instagram post on February 3, Lovato had shared a tweet she wrote in 2010 where she hoped her Super Bowl dream would come true. Not only did her dream come true but the 27-year-old singer's rendition of 'The Star Spangled Banner' received much praise from fans.

At the 62nd Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, Lovato gave a powerful performance of her single 'Anyone', not only leaving her audience in tears and receiving praise from fans, but Selena Gomez, P!nk, and Sam Smith shared their appreciation for her performance, according to Billboard.

Apart from the 'Neon Lights' Spotify news, announced February 23 on Pop Crave on Twitter, the electrifying official music video for the song is currently sitting at 225 million views. 'Neon Lights' is now the nineteenth song by Lovato to have achieved the astounding record of 100 million streams. Fans lent their support for the new achievement, referring to the song as a "bop" and saying, "Demi always winning" and "that was a classic".

It seems Lovato may be due for a comeback. Following her 'Tell Me You Love Me' studio LP, released in September 2017, the 'Cool for the Summer' singer revealed in 2019 that she had signed with a new manager, Scooter Braun, who is also Justin Bieber's manager, according to Billboard.

According to an E! News source, Lovato "has been working very hard on news music since last year. She has spent several months of 2019 in the studio and is still finalizing her album to this day," the insider said, adding, "She has put so much effort into it, and it is going to be the most vulnerable album she has put out". The source also said that Lovato "hopes to have the album out by Summer, Fall at the latest."
