'Deadly Estate,' directed by Sam Croyle and written by Cate Holahan, delivers a twisted narrative that culminates in a dramatic and intense conclusion. The story revolves around Zakiya (Samantha Walkes), a hospitality manager at The Magnate, an exclusive hotel embroiled in a series of sinister events.

As the plot unfolds, Zakiya finds herself entangled in a web of deceit, manipulation, and murder. In the film’s climax, Zakiya is wrongfully accused of the deaths of Astor Brant (Kelly Penner) and his girlfriend Phoenix (Robyn Gallop).

As Zakiya grapples with her situation, it becomes increasingly evident that Valeria (Karen Cliche), the much younger wife of Ron Brant (Stephen Sparks), is the mastermind behind the sinister occurrences at the hotel.

Valeria, once a famous model turned escort boss, orchestrates a series of manipulative actions to protect her illicit operations and maintain control.

Valeria’s motive is rooted in her past and her desire to conceal her escort business. She uses her influence and resources to keep Astor quiet, ultimately deciding to eliminate him when he becomes too much of a liability. Astor’s reckless behavior, particularly his abusive tendencies towards Valeria’s girls, leads her to orchestrate his murder, framing Zakiya in the process.

The pivotal moment arrives when Zakiya discovers the missing phone, which holds crucial evidence of Valeria’s crimes. As Zakiya pieces together the puzzle, she realizes that Valeria’s right-hand man, Daniel Denton (Russell Sams), has been executing Valeria’s orders, eliminating anyone who poses a threat.

This includes Zakiya’s old friend Harry Belfort (Eugene Clark), who attempts to assist her but meets a tragic end at Daniel’s hands. In a thrilling confrontation, Zakiya manages to outsmart Valeria and Daniel. With the evidence from the missing phone, she exposes Valeria’s criminal activities and clears her own name.

The authorities arrive just in time to arrest Valeria and Daniel, bringing an end to their reign of terror at The Magnate. The resolution of 'Deadly Estate' highlights Zakiya’s resilience and determination to seek justice.

Despite the overwhelming odds and the betrayal of her closest confidant, Alexis (Chantria Tram), Zakiya emerges victorious. The film’s conclusion underscores themes of empowerment and vindication, as Zakiya reclaims her life and professional reputation.
