‘Dancing With The Stars’: Will Johnny Weir-Britt Stewart win mirror ball trophy? Fans hail danseuse's ‘art’
Figure skating champion Johnny Weir and his pro-dancer partner, Britt Stewart, have come a long way and, as the judges say they are one of the couples on 'Dancing With The Stars' Season 29 to have grown consistently. Even in the latest, November 2, episode, the duo delivered two powerful dance performances, and the audience couldn't stop talking about it.
After all the gushing and admiration for Shawn Mendes, Johnny and Britt impressed their judges by dancing to Foxtrot to 'Wonder'. In the second round, called the relay round, they were seen dancing to Viennese Waltz to Whitney Houston's 'I Have Nothing'. The segment was judged by Derek Hough. The judge loved their performance and gave them three points as a bonus score. Johnny and Britt's performance has also impressed fans similarly, who strongly believe this couple will emerge as the winner of Season 29. A significant number of them have praised Britt for coming so far on the dancing reality show despite this being her first attempt.
Fans are rooting for Johnny and Britt's win while heaping the latter with praise for creating dance in form of art. One tweeted, "I’m sorry but Britt and Johnny’s dances are ART #DWTS" and another added, "I love how Britt choreagraphs to where Johnny can be exactly who he is and kill it each week #DWTS."

Britt has become a celebrity in her own right after appearing on the show as more and more people are noticing her skills. One fan said that she should star in the remake of the 1992 film 'The Bodyguard'. The tweet read, "Britt could actually star in a re-make of "The Bodyguard" honestly -- I think Justina/Sasha did the spin better, but the energy/use of the floor/frame/arms goes to Johnny #DWTS #DancingWiththeStars." Another tweeted, "Imagine if Britt wins as her first year as a pro? And the first ever black female pro? Anyway text JOHNNY to 21523 so that happens #DWTS" One wrote, "I've been loving Britt's choreography this season. I kind of want Johnny to make it to the finals just so I can see what she'll do for a freestyle #dwts."
