John David Duggar and Abbie Duggar are two weeks away from welcoming their daughter. While the pair had been eagerly waiting for their little one to join the family, John had some ideas up his sleeves. He thought it would be a good idea to pamper his wife who was just weeks away from going into labor. The first thing he had planned was to make a video that would have all the friends and family members come together and talk about Abbie and his relationship. John admitted that it was strange for him to go around and ask people how they felt about them as a couple and moving on to the idea of them becoming parents.

John went on to ask his parents about the moment they knew Abbie was perfect for him. Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar explained that Abbie and John's thinking was a lot alike and this made them believe e that they would be a good couple. John even invited his siblings to come and talk about the relationship. At the same time, Abbie's parents also took part in the video. John wanted to make sure that he kept the entire thing as a surprise as he wanted Abbie to feel excited the first time she saw the video. While he had everything prepared for the video, the next plan up his sleeves was to give Abbie a pedicure.

Undoubtedly, Abbie fell in love with the small gestures John was making throughout the pregnancy. Opening up about their relationship, Abbie revealed that this was not the first time John was pampering her. She revealed that in the past John had done her nails. "You're gonna do our little girl's nails when she comes," Abbie said. She continued, "She's gonna think the world of you." Luckily for them, they did not have to wait long to welcome their daughter as Abbie soon went into labor. "We got our bags packed, we're ready to go to the hospital at any moment," John explained.

While the pair eventually went to the hospital, the doctors soon asked Abbie to return home as she hadn't dilated. The doctors informed her that it would take some time for her to go into labor and she was just feeling contractions that were normal. Abbie again started feeling extreme contractions one and a half-day later. Without spending a lot of time, the two rush to the hospital. A couple of hours later, Abbie and John welcomed their daughter, Gracie Duggar.

'Counting On' airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm ET on TLC.
