'Bridge And Tunnel': Meet Edward Burns, Caitlin Stasey, Gigi Zumbado and rest of the cast of Epix's 1980s dramedy
Life is all about bridges... Or tunnels? The quote is often used pejoratively to describe people who live in communities surrounding the island of Manhattan in New York City, and commute to it for work or entertainment. Yet, the upcoming show might want us to dig in more into the meaning of the title.
Well, gear up for Epix's latest show 'Bridge And Tunnel', which will release on January 24. The show revolves around a group of recent college graduates ready to pursue their dreams in Manhattan while still unwilling to leave the familiarity of their working-class Long Island hometown. The official synopsis reads: "Written, directed and produced by Edward Burns, this dramedy series set in 1980 revolves around a group of college grads setting out to pursue their dreams in Manhattan while still clinging to the familiarity of their working-class Long Island home town."
