SHINee’s Onew aka Jinki is coming up with solo music after almost three years and the preview of the music already sounds like heaven say fans. The K-pop star will be singing a new OST titled ‘Shadow’ for 'Breakup Probation, One Week' starring SM Entertainment’s Girls Generation fame Yuri and here are all the updates you need to know about the song.

SHINee’s Onew debuted with his solo music in 2018 with his first extended play ‘Voice’ with lead single ‘Blue’. The ‘collection of ballads’ as the EP was called showed why the K-pop star’s vocals have been one of the key factors behind SHINee’s success.

‘Shadow’ is the OST of the Watcha K-drama original series 'Breakup Probation: One Week' starring SNSD’s K-pop star Yuri, Hyun Woo and more songs will be released on February 4, 6 pm KST.

Concept 

The OST ‘Shadow’ will be part of 'Breakup Probation: One Week', another translation suggests the title as ‘A Week Delay of Farewell’ where the plot revolves around a couple; Ga Ram played by Yuri and Seon Jae played by Hyun Woo are about to get married but meet with an accident. Seon Jae goes into a coma and Ga Ram dies and finds herself in a strange place where she meets a strange character X who tells her that Seon Jae can be saved if she breaks up with him. Ga Ram reaches one week before the accident and must break up with Seon Jae breaking his heart in order to save his life. The melancholic tone of the drama coupled with Onew’s beautiful voice in the OST will only make it more piercing says fans.
