Charmaine Walker has been taking off from work to arrange everything for her mother's funeral. She is also heavily pregnant which means work-related stress (and otherwise) may impact her health. However, she isn't the one to back down and has been shouldering her responsibilities all too well.

At the funeral, Charmaine got emotional about Kitty doing her mother's makeup and offered her a role at her tattoo shop, 2nd City Ink, without consulting with Jessica. This was the beginning of all things nasty. When Kitty finally arrived, Jessica tried to have a mature conversation about the next steps. Kitty said she was hired as the manager of the store, which put Jessica off because it was her job. However, she chose to keep mum about it.

Later, Kitty met up Ryan Henry and discussed how 2nd City Ink was doing. She described the parlor as messy, unclean with too much empty space and artists lounging about doing little to no work. A pleasantly surprised Ryan said: "You know what it sounds like? A beginner's shop." He sounded concerned and asked if Charmaine had any idea that her shop was being run like that, to which Kitty said that she doesn't want to bother her because there's too much on her plate at the moment.

However, when Charmaine arrived things turned sour quickly as Jessica questioned her decision to hire Kity full-time without even consulting her. She left the shop after Charmaine said she owned the place and her calls would be final and everybody would've to "fall in line."

Meanwhile, fans think Kitty ratting out stuff to Ryan could be a problem for Charmaine. Even though Ryan appears to be an honest, real guy, no one should ever reveal business secrets.

"Kitty talking about Charmaine's business with Ryan was messy & unfriendly. If she's really Charmaine's friend, she knows where those 2 are at, so why spill tea? Jess wouldn't have done that, that's all I'm saying. #BlackInkChi #BlackInkCrewCHI," a fan wrote, while another posted: "I dont agree with Kitty snitching to Ryan about other shops business .... its not his business. #BlackInkCHI." "It’s very clear Kitty has f**ked Ryan and it’s very clear she has no loyalty because she snitching to Ryan about the competition no morals #BlackInkCHI smh," a user shared. "Charmaine not gonna be too happy to hear Kitty was telling her shops business to Ryan. #BlackInkChi," a viewer pointed out.
