Global K-pop idolTaemin will also release his solo album in the second or third week of May

SHINee's Taemin will be giving fans a parting gift before joining his mandatory military service on May 31, 2021. The SuperM star hailed as the K-pop king will be having his solo Beyond Live virtual concert titled 'Beyond Live TAEMIN: N.G.D.A (Never Gonna Dance Again)' on May 2, where the 'Move' crooner will be performing some of his iconic numbers.

Taemin, deemed a global K-pop idol with a number of chart-topping solo albums on the Gaon Album Chart, will also release his solo album in the second or third week of May. In a recent Vlive, the K-pop crooner said, “I’m going to do a Beyond LIVE [concert] on May 2. My solo album will come out in the second or third week of May. The album schedule hasn’t been confirmed yet, but I will be able to show one last brilliant performance and music.”

'Beyond Live TAEMIN: N.G.D.A (Never Gonna Dance Again)' will commence on Sunday, May 2 at 3 pm KST. The virtual event will be re-streamed on May 16 at 11 am (KST) and once again on May 17 at 8 pm (KST).

Concept/ What to expect

The virtual concert will take place through 'Beyond Live', SM Entertainment's exclusive special stage technology, which aims to close the gap between the artists and their fans, allowing a more personalized viewing with the help of advanced AR technology and real-time 3D graphics, differentiated camera works and interactive communication. 

King is performing 'PINOCCHIO'

In the latest released teaser from SHINee, Taemin gives a little bit of sneak peek of what is to come and the fans were quick to notice that SHINee Taemin will be performing the legendary track 'Pinocchio' which featured artiste BewhY.

A fan said, "KING IS PERFORMING PINOCCHIO IM GONNA CRY!" Another fan chimed in saying, "PINOCCHIO MY BODY IS READY!" A fan stated facts sharing, "King is back!!! to make history!"
