'Below Deck': Is Elizabeth being too 'sensitive' about Francesca? Fans ask if she wants Kate Chastain back

Chief Stewardess Francesca Rubi and her second stew Elizabeth Frankini don't share the best working relationship. While at first, Francesca was forgiving of Elizabeth's approach to work, she has now started to grow tired of it and it shows in the interactions she has been having with Elizabeth.

A superyacht thrives on extreme stress. Catering to charter guests' every demands can be crushing but at the end of it, all the impressive tip money makes it all worth the effort. However, some are not able to cope with the pressure of yachting, Elizabeth seems to be one of them, who is finding it increasingly difficult to work under Francesca. 

The night before the last day of the charter, Francesca schooled Elizabeth politely about the tasks she is expected to complete before going to bed, one of them being checking on guests if they would be needing anything else. But she went ahead and complained to Eddie Lucas and Isabelle 'Izzy' Wouters about how she felt under Francesca's leadership.

Meanwhile, fans were surprised because Elizabeth agreed to being on the guests' toes until she crashed and forgetting to do it would draw flak. "Idk I'm thinking Elizabeth might be a little too sensitive. I havent seen anything that bad from Francesca yet. Idk maybe I missed something. #BelowDeck," a user commented, while another shared: "All Elizabeth does is whine. Francesca told u 2 check on guests every 10 mins & u said ok. 43 mins later, guests had 2 come find u & its Francesca's fault. Its been like this since episode 1. Great dinner finna be ruined bc she cant do her job. Like you gots 2 go #BelowDeck." "If Elizabeth doesn’t like the way calm Francesca is instructing her, does she want Kate instead? #belowdeck," a fan expressed, while another tweeted: "Ok ...second stew Elizabeth is so blah. Seriously u think Francesca is being hard on you and yelling at you? You would have NEVER survived under Kate or Hannah! #BelowDeck."
