'There is nothing I can do': Bam Margera's brother Jess Margera claims 'Jackass' star is 'dying'
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA: Bam Margera is "dying" after his battle over drug addiction, said his brother Jess Margera. In an emotional Instagram story, Jess shared a picture of him and Bam together and wrote, "I hope none of you have to hurt as much as me right now. He is dying and there is nothing I can do about it."
However, on Sunday, April 30, Jess claimed on Twitter that he might have "permanent hearing damage" after the 'Jackass' star attacked him. He also threatened to file a lawsuit against Bam for lost wages. "If that’s the case all of my band's upcoming touring income he will be sued for and I will f*****g win. I’m not a fun enemy to have," he tweeted. He also added that the money received would be donated to mental health programs.

Last week, the 43-year-old troubled reality star turned himself in after cops issued an arrest warrant over his attack on his family, reported Page Six. He had been battling his meth addiction following which he had a breakdown, claimed Jess.
'My brother made false accusations of me being on meth'
Talking to the media outlet, the 'Viva La Bam' alum's lawyer, Michael van der Veen stated that following the arraignment, his client has pleaded not guilty. On Friday, April 28, Bam announced on social media that for the sake of Phoenix, his son, he would stop drinking.
Posting a picture of himself holding what seemed to be test results, he refused his brother accusing him of using meth. "Well, my brother made false accusations of me being on meth," and added that he went along with his lawyers to prove his brother's allegations wrong by getting tested for drugs and claimed the test was negative.
In a later post, he accepted an offer to get clean after former NBA player Lamar Odom said that he would provide a rehab facility free of charge for Bam in his new facility in California. "Lamar Odom, I just heard your message. Yes, I do want your help," Bam responded.
