POCOPSON TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA: Bam Margera is evading the police together with his girlfriend and her 8-year-old child. In a string of shocking tweets, his brother, Jess Margera, asserts that he is having a "meltdown" as a result of meth addiction.

The former 'Jackass' star's brother is raising concerns online by asserting that Bam is in a dire condition right now. The 44-year-old artist claimed Wednesday, April 26 via Twitter that he is attempting to remain "positive" since his younger brother is the "sweetest" when he is "not messed up," but claimed that as a result of the MTV alum's "meth habit, [he's] unrecognizable & I really don't know what he's capable of."

He asserted that his brother was with his new girlfriend and her eight-year-old child, but that he was "worried" about the child. "I can't even imagine the environment in that car right now," Jess wrote.

The Pennsylvania State Police were alerted about Bam and Jess' violent altercation and after learning of the alleged incident, they issued an arrest warrant for the former professional skateboarder. He obtained an arrest warrant in Pennsylvania, where State Police claim Bam got into a fight with his family before fleeing into the woods.

'Hope they find him soon and he is safe'

Bam is accused of several offenses, including one count of simple assault and four counts of making terroristic threats with the aim to frighten someone else. Many people have reacted to Jess' tweets with one person writing, "How are your parents holding up? Just hope all is best for the family."

"Jess, I'm sorry this is happening to your family. Bam may qualify if he was previously under a guardianship," this other person wrote.
