Apan Music Awards, the much-awaited music ceremony which was to take place originally in 2020is finally days away, and here is the complete list of reported star-studded K-pop lineup who will likely attend the coveted ceremony. From Grammy-nominated K-pop group BTS to fourth generation K-pop stars NCT 127, Nations’s favorite girl group Twice, and more, the lineup for the music awards promises all the jazz to make K-pop enthusiasts look forward to the event.

Apan music awards 2020 was previously scheduled to take place on November 20, 2020, at the Grand Peace Hall in Kyung Hee University and to be live broadcast on online platforms Olleh TV and Seezn. But due to the surge of numbers in Covid-19 cases, the ceremony was halted and later announced to be happening on January 24.

This year, Apan Music Awards will be hosted by South Korean singer and entertainer Kim Jong Kook and ‘Love Call’ star Jeon so Min. Among various categories of awards, Kang Daniel, the popular K-pop soloist has reportedly snagged the most number of awards, and the Grammy-nominated K-pop group BTS received the most amount of nominations. 



 


Among various categories, Kang Daniel snagged The Best Solo male both global and domestic along with winning Apan Top 10 Bonsang, Best Performance, and KT Seezn Star Award – Singer. Seventeen won the Best Group global male award while Blackpink won Best Group global female. Mamamoo’s Hwasa was awarded the best female solo artist global award and Blackpink snagged yet another award for best music video. BTS won the Best Group male domestic award and BTS’ V aka Kim Taehyung snagged the best OST for composing record-breaking ‘Sweet Night’ for the Netflix series ‘Itaewon Class’.

APAN Music Awards will take place on January 24 at 8 pm KST. The Red Carpet event will begin two hours earlier at 6 pm. Meanwhile, the APAN Star Awards, which awards the best of talents in film, TV, and entertainment, will be held on January 23.
