Simone Missick and Wilson Bethel are set to return to television Monday night, with the premiere of CBS' latest legal drama, 'All Rise'. Created by Greg Spottiswood, 'All Rise' will look at the chaotic and hopeful lives of those who work in the judicial system, right from the judges to the prosecutors and public defenders.

The main lead of the show is Lola Carmichael, a newly appointed judge, played by Simone Missick who is best known for her role as Misty Knight in the Netflix's Marvel series 'Luke Cage' and 'The Defenders'. Wilson Bethel, best known for his role as Wade Kinsella on 'Hart of Dixie', will be playing Carmichael's best friend and former colleague, Deputy District Attorney Mark Callan.

While the show promises to offer an inside look at the courthouse, viewers are most excited about the return of Missick and Bethel to television. One user tweeted to Bethel saying they are "so happy you're coming back to our TV screens, 'All Rise' and your character already seem amazing." Another said "Dex and Misty!", as Bethel also has been part of the Marvel universe through his role as Benjamin 'Dex' Poindexter in the final season of 'Daredevil'.

This will be CBS' second attempt at introducing a legal drama this year after 'The Code' aired in April, garnered negative reviews and was canceled after one season. Creator Spottiswood based 'All Rise' on the non-fiction book 'Courtroom 302: A Year Behind the Scenes in an American Criminal Courthouse', by Steve Bogira, but opted to view the happenings in the legal system, mainly through the eyes of an African-American woman. One fan said they looked forward to replacing ABC's recently canceled 'For the People' with CBS' 'All Rise'.

'All Rise' will premiere on CBS on September 23.
