The last episode of 'All American' shuffled the storyline quite a bit and the new episode seems to add on to the mess. Titled 'Bring the Pain', it will address the mindset of Spencer James (Daniel Ezra) as he deals with his break-up and bears the brunt of his father Corey's (Chad L. Coleman) actions.

Just as everything seemed to be returning to normal between Spencer and Corey, the latter left his family once again after a mysterious phone call. While Spencer is angry, viewers are speculating whether it is due to an illness that Corey doesn't want his family to know. In a 30-second promo, an agitated Spencer says, "I know it sucks that Corey left. That's who he is. Not a father. Just a disappointment."

In one scene, he can also be seen in tears talking to his mother Grace (Karimah Westbrook), "Why am I not enough, Mama?" and in another, he gets into a spat and fights with Darnell (Da'Vinchi) to the extent that he might just be "expelled."

Moreover, his relationship with Layla (Greta Onieogou) is not going great either as she breaks up with him. Spencer is going through emotional turmoil and he needs someone to back him. Fans are wondering if Olivia (Samantha Logan) will step up and be his support system.

Talking about more spoilers, the official Twitter handle posted a clip of Grace and Billy rekindling their old relationship in the new episode. It might be too controversial if they get together again in the wake of his marital woes with Laura. They also posted another clip and wrote: "Asher's mother is back and ready to own up to her mistakes."

Packed with drama and turmoil, the summary of the next episode reads: "After Spencer and Olivia's efforts to help Layla blow up in their faces, Layla pretends that everything is fine by throwing a birthday party for Olivia and Jordan; Spencer is forced to have dinner with the biggest football booster."

It will air on Monday, November 4 on The CW and might show whether Spencer and Layla do stand a second chance with each other or things are going to get worse for him after his father left the family. It is also yet to be seen whether Olivia gets into a relationship with Asher or Spencer as fans are rooting to see her with both of them.
