If you were waiting to watch episode five of 'All American' Season 2 this Monday, prepare to be disappointed as The CW show has been delayed. After the fourth episode, a new set of questions need to be answered — right from Spencer's (Daniel Ezra) break-up with Layla (Greta Onieogou) to his troublesome relationship with his father Corey (Chad L. Coleman).

Titled 'Bring the Pain', the summary of the next episode reads: "After Spencer and Olivia's efforts to help Layla blow up in their faces, Layla pretends that everything is fine by throwing a birthday party for Olivia and Jordan; Spencer is forced to have dinner with the biggest football booster."

The network, however, did release a couple of promos and snippets from the next episode. In a 30-second promo, an agitated Spencer says, "I know it sucks that Corey left. That's who he is. Not a father. Just a disappointment." In one scene, he is in tears talking to his mother Grace (Karimah Westbrook), "Why am I not enough, Mama?" and in another, he gets into a spat and fights with Darnell (Da'Vinchi) to the extent that he might just be "expelled."

A second clip posted on the show's official Twitter handle showed Asher's (Cody Christian) mom returning to town, ready to own up to her mistakes. The 49-minute video begins with a "nervous" Asher walking down with Olivia (Samantha Logan) to meet her and they share a warm hug. Asher introduces his mom to Olivia and she asks, "Wait, are you two—" and there is an awkward silence as both say out in unison, "No!" She is quick to retort back: "That's too bad. You look cute together."

There is another clip on Twittter of Grace and Billy rekindling their old relationship in the new episode. It might be too controversial if they get together again in the wake of his marital woes with Laura. Moreover, Spencer and Olivia try to help Layla (Greta Onieogou) pick up the pieces as she is going through a rough time. Sadly, it doesn't work. Spencer is going through emotional turmoil and he needs someone to back him. Fans are wondering if Olivia (Samantha Logan) will step up and be his support system.

Episode 5 was directed by David McWhirter, and it was written by Robert D. Doty. Block your calendar for next Monday, November 11, 2019, as the episode airs on The CW at 8 pm ET.
