PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: Get ready to be mesmerized as a fresh wave of contenders graces the spotlight in Season 18 of 'America's Got Talent.' armed with their extraordinary talents. From awe-inspiring aerialists defying gravity to powerhouse singers belting out soul-stirring melodies, the audition rounds promise an electrifying display of diverse abilities. Amidst fierce competition, only the creme de la creme will prevail, vying for a coveted spot among the Top 55 in Season 18.

Captivating the hearts of 'AGT' viewers and leaving them in stitches was none other than Kozo. Hailing from Japan, this comedic maestro and YouTube sensation effortlessly captivated his audience. While he dutifully serves as a caregiver at a facility for disabled individuals in his homeland, his true passion lies in the realm of comedic performance. Despite receiving unanimous "no" votes from the judges, except for Howie Mandel, 'AGT' fans uproariously criticize Howie's fondness for Kozo's peculiar act, accusing him of having a taste for the unconventional and bizarre.

Howie Mandel says 'yes' to Kozo

Before his performance even began, Kozo had the audience in fits of laughter due to his unusual approach to answering Howie's questions about his act through an interpreter. Instead of providing direct answers, he embarked on a comedic routine that didn't quite win over everyone's hearts. Simon, Heidi, and Sofia all pressed their red buzzers before Kozo reached the climax of his act, which involved landing a remote control helicopter on his upturned rear end. Despite the X buttons being pressed, Sofia found the act "creative," and Simon expressed disbelief that Kozo had traveled all the way from Japan for such a performance. Howie, on the other hand, defended the act as "original" and "interesting," stating his preference for it. However, Howie's positive opinion was ultimately outweighed by the other judges' unwavering "no" votes.

'Howie likes some of the strangest things'

Howie is facing a barrage of criticism from 'AGT' fans who are baffled by his admiration for Kozo's peculiar act, leading him to give it a resounding "yes." One fan couldn't help but find humor in the stark contrast between Howie's enjoyment and the other judges' serious demeanor, remarking on Instagram, "It's so funny when the other judges take performances like this far too seriously. And then there's one (normally Howie lmao) that just has pure enjoyment out of it haha." Another fan said, "We won’t forget Howie," while someone else directly addressed the judge, saying, "Howie, I am judging YOU." Expressing disbelief, one Twitter user questioned Howie's choice, asking, "Howie, are you kidding me?" Meanwhile, a string of tweets criticized Howie saying, "Howie Mandel. Playing the typical idiot. Why do they constantly bring this nutcase back??" Another user summed up the prevailing sentiment, tweeting, "It's a no from the judges sans Howie."
