Days after getting clicked with rumored beau British rapper Skepta on a shopping spree in California, a new dating rumour concerned with Adele has got us ‘Rolling in the Deep’. The Academy award-winning crooner was papped with sports agent Rich Paul at the Game 5 NBA Finals between the Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks and soon got the Internet talking.

The ‘Hello’ hitmaker, who looked drop-dead gorgeous in a long black overcoat outfit made a rare public appearance on Saturday, July 17, in Phoenix, Arizona and sat with Rich Paul at the courtside, who is best known as the agent of superstar NBA player LeBron James. The dating rumors between the two sparked after ESPN’s Brian Windhorst referred to Adele as Paul’s “girlfriend” in his podcast. Interestingly, Paul also follows Adele on Instagram.

Who is Rich Paul?

Rich Paul is a sports agent based in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the founder of Klutch Sports Group and apart from representing LeBron James, he also manages other prominent NBA players including Anthony Davis, Eric Bledsoe, John Wall, Ben Simmons, Draymond Green, Jusuf Nurkić, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Lonzo Ball, Trae Young, OG Anunoby, and Tyrese Maxey.

Paul’s Instagram bio reads, “CEO and Founder of Klutch Sports Group, Head of UTA Sports.” According to Forbes, Paul is considered one of the most prominent figures in sports. With such an impressive CV, he was also included in the World's Top 10 Most Powerful list in 2020.  Forbes also reported that he negotiated more than $1 billion in active deals for the likes of LeBron James, Ben Simmons and John Wall. His net worth, as last updated in 2020, stands at a whopping $46million.

Are Adele and Rich Paul dating?

Shortly after the NBA finals ended, ESPN’s Brian Windhorst took to his podcast which led to all the new rumors of Adele dating Rich Paul. According to E! Online, the sports journalist in his podcast said, “Meanwhile, Rich Paul, [LeBron's] agent, brings his girlfriend to the game to sit next to LeBron. His girlfriend is Adele.”  He continued, “Rich Paul is at the game with Adele. Lebron is watching the game with Adele. This is the first time that they've come out in public together so this will be all over the tabloids, especially in England tomorrow. Trust me." The two surely looked comfortable in each other’s company as they enjoyed the basketball match while sharing a few laughs.

Speaking of the 33-year-old crooner, she finalized her divorce with husband Simon Konecki in March 2021, two years after they got separated. They share a joint legal and physical custody of their 8-year-old son Angelo. And, if we talk about Paul, he was linked with Tobey Maguire's estranged wife Jennifer Meyer way back in 2019.  Adele’s latest Internet-breaking appearance comes a week after she posted a picture of hers on Instagram to extend her support to Team England during the finale of Euro 2020. While posing in a red football tee-shirt of team England, she had captioned the post as, “You did us so proud! You brought our game home and brought us all together” adding emoticons of a black flag along with a black heart. England lost to Italy in the finals after the nail-biting penalties session.

When it comes to this latest news on Adele being Paul's girlfriend, the two have not confirmed on commented on this development. For now we only have Brian's word for it.
