'90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way': Ariela refuses to name her newborn baby boy Gabriel because it sounds 'gay'
Ariela Weinberg and Biniyam are proud parents of a baby boy. The latest episode (October 18) showed the birth of their son. Ariela was asked to take an emergency C-section as the doctors thought her reports looked alarming. To make sure the baby was fine, the doctors decided it would be best for her to have a C-section.
Seeing how everything was happening unexpectedly, Ariela was finding it hard to keep calm. The doctors had to use anesthesia on her to make sure they are able to deliver the baby soon. Luckily, in a matter of a few minutes, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Biniyam admitted that seeing his son come into this world was an emotional experience for him.
While the two were happy to finally have their baby boy, their disagreements did not stop. The pair had to decide what would be the best name for their baby. Ariela revealed they hadn't decided on a name because they hadn't expected the baby to come early. However, the two gave him a nickname and decided to call him Simba.
Ariela thought it would be a good nickname, but that did not stop them from having an argument about other things revolving around the baby. Biniyam suggested the name Gabriel and Ariela was not too happy about it. She did not think it would be a good name as she feared people in the US would call him gay.
The pair went on to have disagreements about getting the baby baptized. Ariela admitted she did not want to talk about it a couple of minutes after having the surgery. At the same time, Biniyam and Ariela found it hard to decide if the baby should be circumcised. Biniyam told Ariela that getting the baby circumcised was an important part of his culture.
However, Ariela did not think it was a good idea. This was not the first time the pair had their differences. Ever since Ariela came to Ethiopia, the pair had been finding it hard to agree on anything and everything. Will the situation change now that they have welcomed a child or will things get worse?
