David and Lana have been talking to each other online for seven years but they have never met in person. David had traveled to Ukraine three times but every time he was offered an excuse and a no show by Lana. The first time, Lana refused to give a proper explanation as to why she chose not to show up.

The second time she stated that she had to undergo surgery and the third time she said her brother had died. After hearing excuses three times, David hoped that the fourth time would be different and he booked his flight tickets to go to Ukraine. Unfortunately, even for the fourth time, there was no sign of Lana.

David was convinced that she might be on her way to meet him when he realized that she hadn't come online. However, after hearing no word from her, he became worried about how she might be doing. He decided to meet his friend Anya and talk to her about what happened.

David told Anya that he did not meet Lana as she was a no-show. He further revealed that she hadn't responded to him and how that was getting him worried. Anya tried to explain it to him that she might be catfishing him for money as there were many people in Ukraine who use people to earn money.

Despite this, he decided to go and find Lana. He told Anya that he wasn't going to leave Ukraine unless he meets Lana. He revealed that he had the address for Lana's house as she had given it to him for him to book cruise tickets for her.

While Anya did not think that it would be a good idea to go there, her doubts were clearer when she found out that Anya's house was situated near the war-prone zone.

Anya informed David that the roads are not good and given the condition, there was a possibility of the car breaking down and David having no way to come back.

Despite this, David was adamant about going and finding her while Anya felt helpless. Looking at David's behavior fans thought that it was high time David packed his bags and went home.

"David listen to her. Just go home," one fan wrote. Another added, "David needs to just take this 7 years L and go home." A third viewer said, "David is being a whole ass stalker at this point. Just go home and cut your loses."
