LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Curtis James Jackson III, most popularly known as 50 Cent, apologized to Megan Thee Stallion for not believing her about the Tory Lanez shooting incident. Switching from promoting season 2 of 'BMF', the rapper recalled his wild and disrespectful Instagram posts where he compared the 27-year-old singer to Jussie Smollett's lying ways via a meme that went viral.

50 Cent explained that he was dumbfounded by Megan's infamous interview with CBS' Gayle King where she denied having any sexual affair with Lanez, which was a lie, but the rapper says that the lie prompted him to disbelieve everything else she said for nearly a year. He said that once the piles of evidence started to emerge, it began to change his opinion, with Lanez's jailhouse phone call with Kelsey Harris putting the final nail in the coffin.

50 Cent is likely going to be one of the very few rappers in the industry who is going to make amends with Megan but Soulja Boy called out the entire hip-hop industry to apologize to her. During an Instagram Live session, the 32-year-old threatened to rough up Lanez if he ever gets released from prison and wished gang rape on him throughout his stint behind bars. Lanez's sentencing has been scheduled for February 28, 2023.

'Love how he standin up for Meg'

Twitter users also praised 50 Cent for his warm gesture. One user tweeted, "Soulja always been a real one love how he standin up for Meg." Another user tweeted, "People who really know him. Know that he loves to troll and has talked so much trash to people who have been wrong about things and wouldn’t think twice about letting you have a piece of his mind. With that being said. He should get what he puts out."

"That n***a go low road so much the high road is just a road," wrote one. Another tweeted, "Where are you @Drake? too busy paying groupies to sleep with you?" One user called out the rapper and referred to him as an "Idiot".
