It seems that 2PM’s Junho is a gift that keeps giving. A few months ago, he ended up trending as the media revealed that they had tried to dig through his past and were surprised to find that it was spotless. Along with having a scandalous-free career in the K-pop industry, Junho’s kindness is also pretty evident from his actions. A post on a Korean platform has gone viral as a Knetizen spoke about the K-pop idol’s time during his mandatory military service.

Back in May 2019, Junho enlisted for his military service. However, due to a severe shoulder injury, he was put in alternate service as he served as a social worker. He was the last 2PM member to get discharged in March 2021. However, even a year later, those whom he had helped are remembering him. The Knetizen shared that Junho had worked at a community center for the disabled and was still in touch now as he celebrated National Day for Persons With Disabilities on April 20.

Junho continues to help out at center for disabled

On April 22, the Knetizen shared a lengthy post of their aunt’s experience with Junho at the center for the disabled. She had shared that the 2PM star was earnest, hardworking and always on his feet. With the post going viral, Korean media reached out to the center who was more than willing to vouch for the Knetizen’s post and backed up the claims. The head of the center, Yang Kyung-mo said, “I feel glad that it was made known as I know how much effort Mr. Junho put into our center.” He added that Junho was more than helpful with those who were extremely impaired and that he was grateful for Junho’s presence.

Like the Knetizen had written, Yang added that they had once coincidentally talked about not having a transport vehicle to which “[Junho] carefully asked if he could sponsor us with a vehicle,” and gifted a car and donated funds immediately on the spot. On top of that, the 2PM member used to use his leave days from the military to attend events for the center. The staff was also grateful as Junho sent boxes of pizzas to the center for them to celebrate on April 20.

‘No exit to Lee Junho’s virtue’

Fans were touched as one tweeted, “Literally an angel.” Another posted, “Such an angel @dlwnsghek 🥰😍💛💛 im very proud and happy to be your fan 💖 i hope for your success always.” One fan shared, “Ah, I just wish Junho receives a lot of love in his life in all shapes and forms.” A Knetizen joked, “Junho, if you are here, who will protect heaven.” Another wrote, “There really is no exit to Lee Jun-ho's virtue.” One user added, “He is truly as wonderful on the inside as he is on the outside.”
