In the final episode of '1000-lb Sisters' we saw Amy shooting a serious question on Tammy, asking, "Are you pregnant? Shotgun wedding." After a moment of silence, Tammy claimed, "Nobody's having a shotgun wedding." The star went on to clarify that she isn't pregnant. Tammy says, "The heck? I ain't pregnant." The Slaton family then wondered if not pregnancy then what could be the reason for such a quick wedding. Tammy answered, "I get it and we both understand, but people here [the rehab clinic] would like to come, my friends, my family we made here." Misty asked Tammy, "So that's the reason for the quick wedding?" Tammy nodded a yes to it.
