Will Tom Brady date Kim Kardashian? 'Celebrity Big Brother' host Julie Chen Moonves wants 'showmance'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A veteran TV host wants Tom Brady to date Kim Kardashian following his heartbreaking divorce from Gisele Bundchen. Julie Chen Moonves recently suggested that the retired NFL star and the fashion mogul would make a rather interesting match.
The 53-year-old CBS talent known for hosting the American version of Celebrity Big Brother said that the two A-listers should have a "little showmance" on the popular reality TV show since both are single after parting ways with their respective partners last year.

During an interview with E! News, Moonves was asked to list her dream celebrity houseguests on the long-running show. “I'm gonna say, Kim Kardashian,” she said, “because she's Kim Kardashian and one of the most beautiful, fascinating women in the world.” The television personality said she'd love to have the former NFL quarterback join the cast for a "showmance" with the SKIMS founder on the show. "Seven Super Bowl rings, but can he win Big Brother?" Moonves quipped. "And he's single. And I think Kim Kardashian, you know — I'm just saying, a little showmance. I'm just putting it out there, I love love."
It's worth noting that Kardashian's last relationship with comedian Pete Davidson ended in August after nine months of dating. Her romance with the 'Saturday Night Live' alum was notably her first after filing for divorce from Kanye West in February 2021. Kardashian, 42, and West, 45, have four children together, namely North, 9½, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 3.
Meanwhile, Brady recently became single after splitting from Gisele Bundchen, his wife of 13 years, in October. The exes share a daughter Vivian Lake, 10, and a son Benjamin Rein, 13. The football legend, 45, is also father to John Edward, 15, his son with ex Bridget Moynahan.
The reality TV show 'Big Brother: Celebrity Edition' debuted on CBS in 2018, with actress Marissa Jaret Winokur winning the first season and four-time Grammy nominee Tamar Braxton claiming the season 2 title. The third season was won by former UFC champ Miesha Tate when the show returned in 2022 after a nearly three-year hiatus amid the pandemic.
Among other celebrity competitors on the show include actors Shannon Elizabeth and Joey Lawrence; TV figures Kandi Burruss, Omarosa Manigault Newman, and Ross Mathews; Olympians Lolo Jones and Ryan Lochte; comedian Tom Green, as well as former White House director of communications Anthony Scaramucci. That said, aside from Brady and Kardashian, Moonves also has her sights from another big name -- the one and only Snoop Dog. "It'll never happen," she joked about the prospect to E! News. "But a girl can dream."
That said, 'The Talk' alum, 53, has made no compromises when it came to her personal dreams and aspirations. In her memoir, 'But First, God', Moonves explained how everything fell into place for her once she prioritized spirituality in her life. "It really tells my personal journey of having this spiritual awakening," she shared. "It took 48 years of living a hectic lifestyle before I realized I need to prioritize what's important."
