Six months after her high-profile divorce from a retired NFL star was settled, she has some significant thoughts to share. The 42-year-old supermodel posted a video of herself riding a bike to Instagram on Sunday, April 16, along with the words "We all have our fair shares of trials."
While navigating single life after her divorce from Brady, 45, Bundchen offered some wisdom to her 21 million Instagram followers. She was married to the football player for 13 years before divorcing him in October 2022. They have a 10-year-old daughter named Vivian and a 13-year-old son named Benjamin, per Page Six.

The supermodel uploaded a video on Instagram on Sunday in which she was seen smiling and riding a bicycle over a tropical landscape to the song of ADMT's cover of TRINIX and Rushawn's "Beautiful Day (Thank You for Sunshine)."
Bundchen wrote in the caption of her post about life's challenges which read: "We all have our fair shares of trials. Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad , everything is here to teach us something and help us grow. Nothing is permanent. So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!" It was then repeated in Portuguese.
She has previously communicated this kind of upbeat message on several occasions. Bundchen posted a vibrant Instagram picture of herself smelling some flowers earlier this week, along with a thoughtful remark. "The same storm that knocks down the leaves, also makes the seeds sprout," she captioned. The mom-of-two was pictured in the image sporting a straightforward white tank top and a gold chain while being surrounded by lovely pink flowers, blue skies, and a few palm trees.

Bundchen's most recent posting comes after the actress and Tom Brady divorced last October, just weeks after they announced their decision to end their 13-year marriage. "With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce. My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart," she said in a post at the time. "We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care and attention they greatly deserve." Brady stated in a statement of his own that he and Bündchen made the "painful and difficult" choice "after much consideration."
The former couple, who had been living apart for months before filing for divorce, ran into trouble after getting into a heated argument over Brady's refusal to call it quits on his football career. Brady said in March 2022 that he had changed his mind and would resume playing football after retiring from the NFL in 2021. "[Gisele] is done with their marriage," an insider stated to People last October. "She was upset about it for a long time, and it’s still difficult, but she feels like she needs to move on. She doesn’t believe that her marriage can be repaired."
Bundchen told Vanity Fair last month that rumors that she had given Brady an ultimatum were "very hurtful" and "the craziest thing [she's] ever heard," but she denied that Brady's return to football was the reason for their divorce. Brady and Bundchen wed in February 2009, and she later said that she had "always cheered" for him and that their divorce was "not so black and white." Nearly three months after he and Bundchen officially divorced, Brady announced his second and final retirement from football in February.
Since then, Bundchen and Joaquim Valente, the martial arts teacher of her children, have fueled dating rumors. The former athlete is back in the dating game, a source informed Page Six in March. In additional events, Veronika Rajek, a Slovakian Instagram model, became viral in December 2022 after confessing her love for Brady.
