GRENADA, CARIBBEAN: In the latest episode of 'Below Deck' Season 11, chef Anthony Iracane found himself under immense stress as he navigated the challenging task of catering to the specific dietary needs of the demanding guests onboard.

The Bravo star succumbed to the overwhelming pressure he faced when presented with an extensive a la carte dinner menu, struggling to make a decision.

In a confessional, Anthony said, "We're going to do a la carte main course. I f***ed myself because it's double work. Instead of me focused on one main course, now you talking about three different course at the same moment."

"Food looks like sh*t, it's cold, too many option. I cannot build every plate at same time because we have like 4 Chicken Pad Thai, 1 Tofu Pad Thai, 2 Veggie Curry. Yes, I'm sorry. I f***ed up."

Soon after, Fraser served the dinner to the guests consisting of Melinda Springer, her husband Noah, their friend Gary, and his girlfriend, 'RHONY' alum Jill Zarin stated that the food was cold.

During a confessional, after the dinner, Anthony said, "I think this dinner, it was terrible and Captain is part of it. Very disappointing, not happy about my job."

"Honestly, I don't have this kind of experience, I mean with all of this: vegan, pescatarian, and vegetarian. I just don't want to be on this charter anymore. It's like too much for me. I want to run in my room and cry all night."
