Yes, you heard it right. The NBC series which returned last week after a three-week hiatus is once again going on a break. However, the reason this time is much simpler and fans can’t really do anything about it. So, what’s the reason for this break? Let’s take a look.
Why is ‘This Is Us’ Season 6 not airing tonight?
The NBC show won’t be airing this week because of the ‘State of the Union’ address. US President Joe Biden will be giving his first-ever ‘State of the Union’ speech in front of Congress and will give them an update on the country’s current condition. This is the first time since 1934 that the ‘SOTU’ address is not taking place in January or February. The delay happened due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Biden wasn’t able to address fellow leaders.
So, the upcoming episode will now be premiering on NBC on Tuesday, March 8, at 9 pm EST. We can also confirm that the show won’t be going on breaks after March 8 and will air new episodes every week from March 8 until the series finale on May 24.
What to expect from ‘This Is Us’ Season 6 Episode 7?
It is Thanksgiving week on ‘This Is Us’ and the Pearson Family is getting together for a special treat. However, Rebecca (Mandy Moore) will be talking to the family members about an important matter after the family lunch. Now, we know that Rebecca doesn’t have much time and her medical condition is getting worse. So, it might be something related to that.
