LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: You'll have no problem finding a construction company to build you a house, but few can conjure up a haunted mansion.

Thrill Builders has established its name in an unusual sector by focusing on the construction of escape rooms and Halloween attractions.

Guy Kitchell was featured on the most recent episode of 'Shark Tank,' where he landed a deal with Lori Greiner, Jason Blum, and Kevin O'Leary, as well as a chilly stare from Mark Cuban.

Guy and his firm, Thrill Builders, dived headfirst into the tank. He hoped to expand his business by building the Thrill Factory, a 50,000-square-foot indoor entertainment center designed to scare clients.

Guy was demanding $250,000 for a 20 per cent stake in the firm. He reached an agreement with Kevin, Lori, and Jason.

He gave up 30 per cent of his firm and plans to expand it with the aid of three sharks.

Mark advised him that he should not have accepted the offer and "gave away 30 percent of his company for nothing."

Where to buy Thrill Builders?

Given the exorbitant cost of the product, few show fans will be ready to spend $10,000 to $70,000 on an escape room. You contact Guys' staff to discuss your alternatives and rates to discover what it's all about.

They have 15 pre-made themes, but they can also create a bespoke theme for you. Thrill Builders has built puzzles for approximately 8,000 clients worldwide.

Thrill Builders ships overseas, installs everything, and works with your team to ensure everyone understands how everything works. Guy's specialty construction firm is at the top of its field and shows no signs of slowing down.

Who is the founder of Thrill Builders?

Guy arrived in the Tank full of surprises, displaying some of his company's scariest props.

However, that was only the tip of the iceberg, since Thrill Builders provides much more than creepy decorations.

Guy founded the company as a one-stop shop for themed facilities and has previously run a few other enterprises.

Klima Deodorant was Guy's initial enterprise, and it is a long cry from his present industry.

Guy, on the other hand, is passionate about workmanship and providing people with an enjoyable experience. This inspired him to create unique Halloween decorations and effects in 2007.

His passion for the industry increased until he began building full-fledged Halloween attractions.

In 2015, he assembled a team of artists, carpenters, CAD specialists, and game designers to establish Escape in Time, a series of escape rooms.
