LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian has reportedly been granted a temporary restraining order against Jomonie Victor Zigler, an alleged stalker. The SKIMS founder sought court ordered protection after she claimed the stalker came to her house multiple times, claiming she was his wife.
This is not the first time she has been stalked. In December 2022, Kim claimed that an alleged stalker, Andre Persaud, showed up at her home three times in a month. She was then granted a five-year restraining order. The man claimed he was speaking to her 'telepathically'.

Who is Jomonie Victor Zigler?
According to TMZ, a court document said that Zigler, 28, first made contact with Kim in December 2022. He visited her home multiple times but the security stopped him. He also posted explicit messages about her online referring to her as his wife.
According to Kim's attorney, Shawn Holley, Zigler has also sent several items to her home, including a diamond ring and keys to a hotel room. She also claimed that Zigler has a criminal history that includes firearms and threats and that his actions reportedly caused her emotional distress.
On Zigler's alleged Instagram account, he can also be seen obssesing over and posting pictures of Olympic gymnast Sunisa Lee. The judge signed off on the temporary restraining order against Zigler until his hearing, which is scheduled for February.
A Twitter profile that allegedly belongs to Ziggler says, "married @kimkardashian" in the bio and his handle's cover image features the reality star as well. After the news broke, he posted several tweets. In his most recent one, he threatned to sue TMZ and PopBase, saying, "@PopBase @TMZ you will be sued my name is Jomonie victor zigler my wife is @KimKardashian." In one tweet, he admitted to buying her a ring and says, "Please tell me all the respect and love I Showed and we gave paid off they can’t even hate on us I’m UP BILLIONS @KimKardashian off KIM KARDASHIAN ZIGLERS BACK NO CAP . I love her @jerryspringer @TMZ @KrisJenner DIAMONDS ON MY NECK IN AP TAP IN." In another tweet, he said, "18 mutha f*****g years @KimKardashian and I just broke you off some equity bread sent you a ring ima cash more than that society can laugh but we ain’t that bad . Next ring costing 1Billion." In one tweet he calls the news a lie saying, "This is a lie .. lie detector test," along with a screenshot of the news.
