Who is Alvin Kamara's girlfriend? Saints star arrested for battery after playing in Pro Bowl
New Orleans Saints star Alvin Kamara was arrested for battery in Las Vegas just hours after taking part in the 2022 Pro Bowl. The star's arrest was for battery resulting in substantial bodily harm following an incident that allegedly took place in a nightclub one day prior.
According to a statement, officers were dispatched to a hospital early Saturday evening to speak with a victim who has not been identified yet and the victim reported the battery. An investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department determined that Kamara was the perpetrator. He was taken into custody on Sunday, transported to the Clark County Detention Center and booked for battery.

Kamara remained in jail Sunday night with his bail set at $5,000 and court hearing is scheduled for Monday afternoon, a jail official told the AP. The Saints have yet to comment on the incident.

The 26-year-old Kamara just completed his fifth season with the team, recording 898 rushing yards and 439 receiving yards. He’s made the Pro Bowl every year of his career, and was NFL Rookie of the Year in 2017. He signed a five-year, $75 million contract extension in 2020.
Who is Te'a Copper?
Alvin Kamara and his current girlfriend Te'a Copper have been in a relationship for quite some time but they keep things pretty lowkey. They went public with their relationship only by September 2021. Te'a Cooper is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). She played college basketball for the Baylor Lady Bears, South Carolina Gamecocks, and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Rumors of their relationship started in July 2021 due to a story Kamara posted on instagram, where he was seen hanging out with a female companion, but nothing except her nails was visible in the story but it did spark the rumor that the Saint was in a relationship.
But around the same time, Cooper too posted on her Instagram and the internet soon noticed her nails and found the similarity. People joined the dots and concluded that maybe they are just hanging out or maybe they were dating. Then, Kamara posted a few clips from Cooper's game in LA and it made everyone believe that he was there to cheer her girlfriend.
Before this relationship, Kamara was in a relationship with stripper, Just Ace but they broke up in July 2021. Cooper also was in a committed relationship and was married to NBA star, Dwight Howard, but the couple broke up and got a divorce. Cooper confirmed it in her IG live in April 2021.
The happy couple, Kamara and Cooper, went Instagram official in late September and since then they have been going strong and posting a lot more about their relationship including videos of pillow fighting.
