Raiders vs Saints: Johnathan Abram crashes into TV cart, worried fans ask 'who placed that big a** cart there?'
Las Vegas Raiders had a moment of concern when their safety, Johnathan Abram crashed into a television cart as he tried to stop Alvin Kamara of the New Orleans Saints in the ongoing MNF scrimmage. The incident occurred with 4.53 minutes left in the first quarter when Kamara was trying to evade getting tackled, Abram chased Kamara only to miss bringing him down, veer off and crash into the cart. It was a tense moment on the field as Abram lay there as the medical personnel quickly swooped in.
However, it does seem that all was fine after Abram got back up and joined the game. The collision was a subject of discussion on Twitter with worried fans sharing their thoughts. For starters, it was about asking how the cart could be placed close to the playing zone. "Don't understand why ESPN has their TV carts so close to the sidelines. Looked like Johnathan Abram was dead for a moment there," reckoned one of the fans. You can watch the incident here:

This was seconded by another fan. "One question: who was responsible for the placement of that big ass cart that Johnathan Abram bodied?!"

Week 2 saw quite a few injuries on the field and fans were worried that Abram was another player set to be in the injury list. "All the injuries yesterday and now Johnathan Abram getting knocked out by a freaking camera stand. Thankfully he’s ok," read one of the comments.

"Watching that Johnathan Abram collision again, really glad to see he got up. But watching Damon Arnette on the same play, another 6 inches to a foot in the wrong direction and that could have been much, much worse," read one of the tweets.

But watching Damon Arnette on the same play, another 6 inches to a foot in the wrong direction and that could have been much, much worse.
It wasn't an ideal start for the Raiders as the scoreboard at the time of writing read 10-0 with the Saints running the show. The Los Angeles team was already being trolled for lagging behind, but the concern from fans was immediate. While they tended to relax later on, the incident most definitely had a major chunk of us flinching. "maaaaan the way johnathan abram was laid out like that i thought he died. that man got up like he wasn't even injured," one of the fans tweeted.
