Who gets James Corden now? US and England World Cup tie sparks jokes: ‘Send him to Canada’
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: James Corden is currently homeless on Twitter after the highly-anticipated match between England and the USA ended in a dragging draw. The Internet had raised the stakes of the fixture claiming that whosoever wins the match will get to keep the television host. The two teams went against each other at the Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor on Friday, November 25, at the 2022 World Cup.
England has previously beaten Iran 6-2 to establish that they are here to win. However, they are yet to win against USMNT in a competitive tournament. England's coach Gareth Southgate wanted to avenge the famous 1-0 loss in 1950 but failed to reciprocate to the heat this year. On the other hand, the US is still seeking a clean scoreboard after they tied the match with Wales by giving away an easy penalty in the final moments of the match as Zimmerman Walker took down Gareth Bale inside the penalty box. Now that the two teams failed to score against each other, fans want to know what is James Corden's update.
