BURBANK, CALIFORNIA: In a resurfaced blooper reel from the set of 'Home Improvement', Tim Allen was seen lifting his kilt and flashing co-star Patricia Richardson a few days after denying Pamela Anderson's claim of doing the same to her. Richardson has insisted that Allen was 'well dressed' and was wearing a pair of boxer shorts underneath. Richardson talked about the incident with TMZ and said, "People ask me what was under the kilt when he flashed me, he was well dressed under there, I was just shocked that he lifted the kilt, not by a man in boxer shorts."
