Where is 'Top Chef' Season 19 Buddha Lo now?

Lo's life completely changed after winning 'Top Chef' (Houstan). He jetted off from Australia to New York with his wife, Rebekah, and their pug, Kroshka, to live a happy life in Brooklyn. Lo often shares a glimpse of his delicious foods and an insight into his personal life.  He is currently working as the executive chef of Marky’s Caviar/Huso (a 14-seat restaurant that serves a tasting menu with caviar as the star of the show) in NYC. Though he won a hefty cash prize, a coveted title, culinary fame, and much more, Buddha always wanted to do something on his own.

Lo's experience blended with his deep knowledge of fish roe helped him to collaborate with Marky’s Caviar curated by him. Lo announced the launch of his collaboration on his social media. In the announcement post, Lo shared a photo of the caviar and wrote, "I am so proud to announce the launch of @sainturgeoncaviar, the newest caviar collaboration curated by me and @markyscaviar." Buddha explained, "Saint Urgeon aims to offer foodies and aficionados alike to experience high quality caviar at accessible prices." He added, "Encased in custom packaging inspired by Australian native florals." Buddha further explained, "Saint Urgeon will be available in two varieties, the collection of My personal favorites: Premium Osetra & Classic Kaluga. Available NOW, both ONLINE and IN STORE on 81st & Madison Avenue, NY."
