LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Eli Roth's horror thriller 'Thanksgiving' emerged from the ashes of a viral 'Grindhouse' trailer to become a full-length feature film.

The trailer, which first came to the fore in 2007, features an incredible amount of gory horror trappings, involving a masked madman.

The third feature-length adaptation of the fictitious 'Grindhouse' trailer had a theatrical release on November 17, 2023. It was added to the viewing library of Netflix on February 17, 2024.

The film, which revolves around a masked murderer inflicting mayhem on Thanksgiving, has thrown fans into a frenzy.

The 'Grindhouse' trailer relied mainly on gritty elements and had a plot of several gruesome killings. It was overlaid with a tense approach and concentrated entirely on the killer's actions.

In contrast, the film deviates from its origins, combining dread with brutal murders that will shock you to your core before concluding in an exciting manner.

The film's extensive plot provides an in-depth experience that horror fans will appreciate.

The horror film, which is on course to become a classic owing to its twisted yet engrossing storyline, sheds light on the original killer.

While in the trailer, it was indicated that Pilgrim is the culprit, in the movie, the identity of the killer is teased in the opening itself, but the whole mystery isn't unwrapped until the very end.

In the concluding moments of the movie, Jessica Wright (Nell Verlaque) confronts Sheriff Eric Newlon (Patrick Dempsey) about the killing spree.

The sheriff confesses to the murders in vengeance for the death of his sweetheart, Amanda Collins (Gina Gershon).

'Thanksgiving' is now streaming on Netflix.
