LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Mike Judge's 'Beavis and Butt-Head' is back for Season 2 on Paramount+. The upcoming adult animated series brings back the iconic 90s cartoon duo and they are dumber than ever as they set out on a quest to befuddle common sense and torment one another through a series of insane escapades.
Mike Judge created, wrote, voiced, and directs the animated series, which is executive produced by the creator along with Lew Morton, and Michael Rotenberg, as well as Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Ben Kalina, and Antonio Canobbio for Titmouse. Last year, Judge revealed that 'Beavis And Butt-head' had been picked up for a two-season run, which was accompanied by the release of the film 'Beavis And Butt-head Do The Universe,' which made its debut on Paramount+ on June 23.

Season two of Mike Judge's 'Beavis and Butt-head' will follow the story of two cartoon teenagers; Beavis and Butt-head known for their nasal voice laughs and love of heavy metal. They return proudly as two men who like things that are cool and don't like things that aren't. Season two will concentrate on their modern adventures along with witnessing the duo's challenge to establish an identity in 2022 while psychologically remaining in the same place they were before. The series will include the pop culture phenomenon of the 1990s, the two tormenting one another while puzzling the viewers' common sense.
During its initial run from 1993 to 1997 on MTV, ‘Beavis And Butt-Head’ received widespread critical acclaim for its satirical, scathing commentary on society. The popularity of the show spawned a slew of related media, including the 1996 theatrical film 'Beavis And Butt-head Do America'. The show was revived in 2011, with an eighth season premiering on MTV.
The first two episodes will be released on April 20 in the United States and Canada, and on Friday, April 21, in Australia and the United Kingdom, with additional international markets to follow.
