Tristan Thompson taunted with 'Khloe' chants during NBA game, still manages to score
Tristan Thompson faced backlash from ex-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian's fans during a basketball game on Monday night, February 28. During the Chicago Bulls vs. Miami Heat game, Tristan was trolled while he was trying to shoot the ball. The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' alum's fans started shouting her name, trying to distract the basketball player. Despite their best efforts, Tristan successfully scored.
It isn't unusual for NBA players to experience heavy trolling while they are on court. In the clip posted on Reddit, the NBA player could be seen trying to shoot the ball into the basket when the crowd started chanting Khloe’s name repeatedly. The chants failed to affect Tristan as he scored regardless.

A user reacted on the video, “Khole doesn’t cross his mind when he’s with other women, it wouldn’t cross his mind playing basketball, even if he’s hearing her name, he doesn’t care about her.” Another user wrote, “They do this at every game. It’s so embarrassing for him.” “He's unfazed,” commented the next user.

This isn’t the first time Tristan has experienced massive trolling on the basketball court. In November 2021, a spectator was thrown out of the game after allegedly making disrespectful comments about the Canadian native. Tristan was playing for the Sacramento Kings against the Memphis Grizzlies in Tennessee when the incident happened.
The ex-couple Tristan and Khloe started dating in September 2016, following the reality star's divorce from Lamar Odom. They share a daughter, True, who was born in April 2018. Kardashian broke up with Tristan because of his multiple hook-ups with other women throughout the time they were dating.
“No one understands that I’m not just a TV show. Like, this is my life, and it, like, breaks my soul, and it’s happened so many times,” Khloe revealed in an episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' in 2019.
Maralee Nichols filed a lawsuit against Tristan, claiming they had consensual sex on his 30th birthday and asking for the expenses of their son. Tristan was still dating Khloe at the time and took responsibility for the child, admitting to cheating on Khloe.
Tristan wrote on his Instagram story, "I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."
