Tristan Thompson took the Internet by storm on Monday, January 3, after he apologized to his ex-flame Khloe Kardashian after announcing that he indeed is the father of Maralee Nichols’ child. The controversial NBA star shared that he got the paternity test adding that Khloe did not deserve the heartache and the humiliation. Tristan Thompson, who faced a lawsuit from Instagram and fitness model Maralee Nichols over the same, added that he was willing to take "full responsibility" for his actions and was looking forward to amicably raising his son with Nichols.
On his Instagram story, Tristan stated, “Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son” adding, “I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.” The Sacramento Kings player was dating Khloe with whom he already shares a three-year-old daughter when the baby was born. Apologizing to her, the basketball star posted, “Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.” He added, “You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry." Rashad McCants
Khloe Kardashian dated Rashad McCants in 2009. The NBA player cheated on the TV star as revealed by her on one of the episodes of ‘Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami’ aired in November 2009. McCants had later claimed that they made up the whole thing for TV.
Lamar Odom
One of the most controversial relationships Khloe ever had been was with Lamar Odom. The former pro basketball player and the reality star got married in the year 2009 just one month after they met. The duo split in 2013 but she kept her divorce on hold in October 2015 after the former NBA star overdosed at a legal brothel in Nevada. Speaking of Odom cheating on Khloe, Khloe caught Odom red-handed after she followed him to a hotel. In his 2009 memoir From Darkness to Light, Odom claimed that the incident took place at the Hotel Roosevelt.
In the book, he described the "naked girls everywhere" as Khloe and her mother burst into the room. Khloe apparently began "beating ... one of the girls who tried to protest. She's dropping vicious blows all over the top of this girl's head”, said the book as reported by Nicki Swift.
James Harden
After splitting with French Montana for the second time and briefly dating Rick Fox, Khloe Kardashian then dated another basketball star in the form of James Harden. The duo first met at Kanye West’s birthday party in June 2015. The duo went in a different direction in February 2016 as she got busy taking care of Odom after his fatal overdose. Khloe and Harden came back strong in November 2016 only to break up again in January.
Khloe had claimed that Harden cheated on her and she had the receipts to prove it. Harden was reportedly interested in monogamy and regularly pushed for it, as reported by LA Times. Khloe, however, did not reveal the name of the woman but in of the episodes of ‘Kocktails With Khloe’, the 37-year-old said, “'I've always said, 'There's a lot going on in both of our lives. You live in Houston, I live in L.A. Like, let's just see each other when we see each other” adding, “He sought me out. He wanted to be committed. I was like 'Great, this guy's in it for the long haul. Let's do it.' However, she added that he was not committed.
Tristan Thompson
Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson first met in August 2016. The couple hit the rock bottom just days before the due date of their first baby in September 2017. The NBA star was apparently cheating on Khloe with multiple women. The duo, however, still sorted out things only to split in February 2019 after Tristan cheated on her again with Kylie Jenner's best friend, Jordyn Woods.
