Tristan Thompson compliments ex-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian, calls new look 'perfection' before hastily deleting comment
Tristan Thompson might be regretting breaking up with his former girlfriend Khloe Kardashian as he posted—and then deleted—a comment complimenting her looks on a recent Instagram post.
The 35-year-old 'Revenge Body' star posted a series of photos on her social media page on Saturday, September 21, as she channeled Anna Nicole Smith from the late model’s 1992 Guess campaign. Khloe donned a skin-tight denim top and completed her look with voluminous blonde waves and long pink nails.
In response, the 28-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player commented, "perfection" along with a heart-eye smiley on her post, before deleting it, Cosmopolitan reported.
Khloe and Tristan dated for 10 months before calling it off after he cheated on her with Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods in February.
The following month, the 'Life of Kylie' star appeared in an interview on Jada Pinkett Smith’s 'Red Table Talk' and said that she shared nothing more than a peck on the lips with Tristan as she left his house after a party in Los Angeles.
“[There was] no passion, no nothing. He just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips. No tongue… no making out,” the model explained.
As soon as the interview aired, a furious Khloe took to Twitter to call Jordyn out. “Why are you lying @jordynwoods? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story,” she tweeted. “BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!”
Hours later, however, she retracted her accusation and added in a different tweet that Tristan was the only one to blame for their breakup. “This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I). I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have,” she tweeted.
“Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me wasn’t such a shock as the first time. What’s been harder & more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love & treat like a little sister. But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault.”
