LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Travis Tritt is disassociating itself from Anheuser-Busch products after the brand decided to celebrate transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney. The country singer-songwriter made it public on his Twitter account, "I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists who are doing the same." After a few hours, he posted a second tweet on Wednesday evening, April 5.

It included a picture of Ru Paul’s Drag Race show teaming up with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey Company, and captioned it, "All the Jack Daniels drinkers should take note." Tritt also took time to respond to a user request asking for a clear list of Anheuser-Busch products, “Somebody needs to post the list of all related Bud products. It’s amazing and surprising.” The ‘Foolish Pride’ singer replied with a photo, “Here they are.” Singer Kid Rock was also among the celebrities who criticized the brand's move. He posted a video on social media using Bud Light cases for target practice. After that, Tritt turns to the camera and screams, "F--- Bud Light and f--- Anheuser-Busch!"

'Bud Light has launched ‘365 Days in Girlhool’ campaign'

Bud Light is celebrating the 365 Days in Girlhool campaign over the weekend, for which they brought in Mulvaney, born a biological male. She shared the news on Instagram and revealed that she got customized cans with her fans on them, calling it her "most prized possession" on Instagram while chucking in some. "I think it’s a win for Bud Light and I think it was a win for other brands," said Bryan Kramer, an award-winning influencer and brand marketing guru, over Fox News Digital.

'It can become the template'

Kramer further added, "It can become the template, if you will, for what we do moving forward for this marginalized community and others. The real thing here is that this is about inclusion and diversity and inclusion, and diversity as a whole is not propaganda. It's an essential part of our society." Kramer believes that in the future, brands have to make their position clear on social matters, just like the current one.

Tritt, who is currently on tour, is scheduled to perform next on April 14 in Hinton, Oklahoma.
