The Christmas gift-giving season is well and truly here! Travis Scott fans will be delighted to learn that they won't have to wait till the new year for the Houston rapper's new 'Jack Boys' album to drop. The 'Antidote' singer took to social media on Tuesday, December 24, to reveal that the much-anticipated compilation project from his own record label, Cactus Jack Records, will be arriving "this week."

La Flame's announcement also featured a 20-second teaser trailer for the upcoming album that was posted on Scott's Twitter and Instagram accounts. The clip features a car race in a junkyard, fat stacks of cash, guns, ski masks, and more hijinks. The rapper amped up the hype with an all-caps caption on Twitter -  "WHOLE GANG IS DELIRIOUS - JACKBOYS PACK THIS WEEK? SHALL THE FANS EAT !!!!!! UNBUCKLE UR SEAT BELTS."

The caption is clearly a reference to Travis Scott's interview in October with Zane Lowe, when he first mentioned that the album was coming out. The rapper had this to say while debuting his latest No. 1 single 'Highest in the Room.' "I’m at the point where I’m just trying to cook up some dope shit and drop ‘Highest in the Room' and maybe put something around it,” he said. "But I’m always down to drop music and serve some packs to the fans. It’s time for the fans to eat. I’m gearing up for something special. All I can say is 'Jack Boys' on the way."

The next month, on November 29, Scott teased the arrival of 'Jack Boys' when he announced that his new Black Jack merchandise collection had been made available on his official website.  Along with the new merchandise, the 'Jack Boys' compilation album was also made available as a pre-order gift for fans.

As previously revealed, the compilation album will feature artistes from the rapper's own Cactus Jack Records label and his official DJ, Chase B, as well as the artists Quavo, Offset, Young Thug, Rosalía and Lil Baby. The project is expected to feature rappers such as Sheck Wes and Don Toliver, along with Scott's official DJ and close friend, Chase B - the DJ also reportedly has an upcoming album release of his own in the pipeline.  You can watch the teaser trailer for 'Jack Boys' here.
