MIAMI, FLORIDA: The wealthy couple, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen had “an ironclad prenup” that allowed them to swiftly settle their divorce reported Page Six. The supermodel and the NFL player have called it quits after 13 years of marriage, stating that they have reached an "amicable" settlement, that includes their combined net worth of a whopping $733 million and a massive $26 million property portfolio.

A source told Page Six, “There was an ironclad prenup set down before they married in 2009. They both have their own separate business entities, so the separation of their wealth wasn’t that complicated in the end. The only other major factor was dividing up their massive property portfolio.” The source also added that the terms of the split and the division of their huge property portfolio were already settled ahead of their divorce filing.

The NFL legend has an estimated net worth of up to $333 million, while the world's highest-paid model is estimated to be more wealthy with a net worth of $400 million. Brady, 45, will gain full possession of his $17 million mansion which is located on Miami's Indian Creek Island and often referred to as the “billionaire’s bunker.” The couple brought the property together in 2020 and demolished it, which is currently under construction.

After months of living apart Bündchen, 42, filed for divorce in Glades County, Florida, on Friday, October 28, and the dissolution of their marriage was immediately finalized. The Brazilian bombshell will retain their home on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, where she regularly vacations with the children. She secretly purchased her own home in Miami Beach for $1.25 million in February. Sources claim the property will be used as an office and that she has reportedly purchased another larger home in the Miami area.

The former couple will share joint custody of their children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Brady also has a 15-year-old son Jack with actress Bridget Moynahan. Their massive property portfolio also includes a home in the Bahamas, another at the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Montana, and a New York City apartment, where Bündchen had been staying amid their split, according to Page Six. A three-page court-issued document obtained by Daily Mail confirmed the thirteen-year marriage is 'irretrievably broken' and the couple is officially single!
