Plot
The official synopsis of the series reads: "Based on the book by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton, Tiny Pretty Things is set in the world of an elite ballet academy and charts the rise and fall of young adults who live far from their homes, each standing on the verge of greatness or ruin. As Chicago’s only elite dance school, the Archer School of Ballet serves as the company school for the city’s renowned professional company: City Works Ballet. The Archer School is an oasis for an array of dancers: rich and poor, from north and south, and a range of backgrounds. Yet they all share a rare talent and passion for dance, a loyal sense of community… and when it comes to their dreams, no Plan B."

Kylie Jefferson as Neveah Stroyer
Jefferson is a contemporary ballet dancer, actress and choreographer, and has attended Debbie Allen Dance Academy and Washington D.C.'s Kirov Academy of Ballet. She graduated from Boston Conservatory in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts degree in contemporary dance. The acrress has choreographed a first music video for ScHoolboy Q's 'CHopstix' which featured Travis Scott and received a Universal Dance Awards nomination for Favorite Music Video Performance.
Lauren Holly as Monique 'Madame' Dubois
Holly is known for her roles as Mary in 'Dumb and Dumber' (21994), Maxine Stewart in 'Picket Fences' (1992-1996), and Gigi in 'What Women Want' (2000). Her recent works include 'Hailey Dean Mystery' (2019), 'The Cuban' (2019), 'Designated Survivor' (2019) and 'Tammy's Always Dying' (2019).
Casimere Jollette as Bette Whitlaw
Jollette is known for her roles as Skylar in 'Dirty John' (2019), Danica Fields in 'Code Black' (2018) and Linz in 'Guidance' (2015). Her latest works include 'East Los High' (2016), 'F.R.E.D.I.' (2018), 'Code Black' (2018) and 'This Is Us' (2019). In 2018, Jollette won an Action on Film Award for Best Young Performer Female - Feature for 'F.R.E.D.I.'
Daniela Norman as June Park
Norman is known for her role as Demeter in 'Cats' (2019) and is an actress from London. She has trained at The National Ballet and has been part of ballets such as 'Sleeping Beauty' where she played the part of princess Aurora.
The rest of the cast includes, Brennan Clost Shane, Michael Hsu Rosen as Nabil Limyadi, Damon J. Gillespie as Caleb, Bayardo De Murguia as Ramon Costa, Barton Cowperthwaite as Oren Lennox, Tory Trowbridge as Delia Whitlaw, Jess Salgueiro as Isabel Cruz and Anna Maiche Cassie Shore.
