'The Voice' Season 19: Desz wins a spot in the top 5 from Team Kelly, happy fans say 'she deserves it'

While fans were happy for Desz, they were also sad for Cami Clune but also hopeful she may come through in the instant save round

The top nine performers of 'The Voice' left fans spoilt for choice when it came to voting, as all of them gave a brilliant performance. However, the audience had to vote for a contestant from each of the coach's teams who would make it to top 5 and get to perform in the finals. From Team Kelly Clarkson, fan-favorite contestants Cami Clune and Desz were pitted against each other.

Both contestants gave outstanding performances during the semifinals, which meant that either of them singers could make it to the top 5. The latest episode aired the results of the voting. Cami and Desz stood nervously on the stage, waiting for the results to be announced. While Cami thanked the coaches for guiding her and helping her hone her skills, Desz nudged the fans and coaches to be true to themselves and follow whatever path they choose to.

It was finally time for the results, and Desz was announced as the winner. She was shocked and speechless on hearing her name. She thanked the audience and coaches and left the stage. Fans were extremely happy with the results and felt that Desz was a good pick for the top 5.

While fans were happy for Desz, they were also disappointed for Cami. Fans felt that even Cami should have been in the top 5. Thankfully, Cami still has a chance to become a finalist by performing in the instant save round. If Cami manages to impress the audience with her performance and earns the highest number of votes, then the fans' wishes of seeing Cami in the top 5 will come true.
