'The Simpsons' is about to premiere its 32nd Season, and it starts its run with a focus on Mr Burns (Harry Shearer) as he goes undercover to find out just what his employees really think of him. Knowing Mr Burns' ruthless corporate management style, however, it's probably fair to say that his employees' opinions of him are far from "excellent".

This undercover version of Mr Burns will be played by 'Stranger Things' special guest star David Harbour, as Mr Burns adopts the guise of a blue-collar worker from a different branch of the nuclear power plant.

Parodying 'Undercover Boss', Mr Burns grows concerned when he finds graffiti on one of the walls at his nuclear power plant that loudly declares "Burns is not excellent". Mr Burns decides to go undercover to find out who is responsible, what his workers really think of him and just what can be done about the problem. "Like 'Mission: Impossible', they give him a whole new body and face and voice so that the people in the plant won’t possibly recognize him," said Al Jean, executive producer for 'The Simpsons'.

However, while Mr Burns may be able to buy the best disguise that ridiculous amounts of money can buy, he's no spy. Actually pretending to be a regular, blue-collar employee is something that's going to be a challenge for the miserly old recluse. "He's supposed to be a blue-collar guy from another part of the plant, but everything he says is like Mr Burns," Al Jean told EW.

Fortunately for Mr Burns, his employees aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. "He wants to go to karaoke and sing songs from the 1890s, but the guys don’t see through it." An all-new season, with all-new guest stars, parodies and a new Treehouse of Horror to look forward to in October, the longest-running animated sitcom in history marches on.

Mr Burns' exploits undercover are only the start and fans can look forward to new voice actors this season for the roles of characters of color on the show — and perhaps new faces in the town of Springfield. This episode of 'The Simpsons' airs on September 27 at 8 pm ET on Fox.
