'The Mandalorian' has added new faces to Season 2 and one of them is Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano. Much about the character's first live-action appearance has been kept a secret as she was a notable absentee in the trailer and special look that Disney+ has released so far. The news of the 'Top Five' actor playing Tano was confirmed by Variety earlier this year.

Tano has a rich history in the 'Star Wars' universe as a former padawan central in creating a network of various rebel cells against the Galactic Empire after the Clone Wars. Tano, a Togruta female was brought to the Jedi Temple by Plo Koon and assigned by Jedi master Yoda to be the Padawan learner of their skilled knight, Anakin Skywalker.

While there are several theories that Tano will be seen in just one episode in the season, there is still a lot in the air about how she fits in the scheme of events.

For starters, no one is sure where she right now. Her last appearance was in the Clone Wars. To quickly compare, 'The Mandalorian' is set five years after Return of the Jedi when the second Death Star is destroyed over Endor, roughly estimating her to be aged 40 as she was born in 36 BBY. For now, the working theory according to CBR is that Mando and Tano cross paths at this stage. The second theory is the possibility of her returning to the home of the Jedi.

From the trailers, we learned that Mando must take the Child to the home of the Jedi to reunite him with his kind and it might be that the duo will meet her at the Baby Yoda's home. In what would probably see life come a full circle for Tano, she might just train the little one to be an accomplished warrior. Does that mean we will see her in the final episode? Only time will tell.

The official synopsis of 'The Mandalorian' Season 2 reads: "The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire."

What are your thoughts on when Ahsoka Tano will appear in the series? 'The Mandalorian' Season 2 premieres on Friday, October 30 on Disney+.
