The famed child actress was only 12 years old when she starred in the controversial X-rated movie 'Pretty Baby'. A little girl is carried around in an elite brothel as lust-stricken clients place their highest bid to take her virginity. From posing naked to kissing 29-year-old Keith Carradine, the movie was critiqued to be a little more than child pornography.
However, Sheilds, who shot up to fame after the movie, expresses in her explosive bombshell documentary 'Pretty Baby' that in reality, it was the beginning of a pattern of exploitation that culminated in the star being raped in her 20s by an industry insider. At the age of 14, she became the youngest model to make the cover of Vogue. The same year Shields went on to film 'The Blue Lagoon' which saw the teen actress frequently stripped off and having sex with her then-18-year-old co-star Christopher Atkins.

Where did it all start for Brooke Shields?
After starring in a couple of movies and popular ads, Sheilds soon became the "It girl" and the party mascot of New York's notorious nightclub studio 54. A top agent once described a teen Shields as "so beautiful that strong men forget to flick their cigar ash." Shields once admitted she lost her virginity at age 22 to fellow Princeton student Dean Cain (who went on to play Superman in the TV series 'Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman') and looking back she would have considered having waited longer. However, at that time the actress was cruelly dubbed as "America's most famous virgin," according to Daily Mail.
Whilst pursuing her higher studies at the prestigious Princeton University, she published a book about embracing the virtues of chastity and urging everyone to remain pure until the wedding night. Although in an interview nearly more than a year ago, 'Endless Love' actress claimed she'd been "kind of untouchable... I was not easy prey" and asserted she never had a "#MeToo moment." However, in her new documentary, she reveals she was raped in her 20s in a hotel room by an unnamed man from the film industry. She claimed to have met the man to discuss a few film projects following her graduation from Princeton University in 1987.
He lured her by inviting her to call a taxi from his hotel room and left. Shields explains the man later appeared in front of her naked and attacked her. "He was right on me. It was just like wrestling," she adds. Shields recounted being "frozen" and didn't fight back for fear of being harmed. "God knows I knew how to be disassociated from my body. I’d practiced that." She claims to have left the hotel room after the incident, and wept in a taxi all the way to a friend's apartment. For years, the actress denied what had happened to her. "I drank wine at dinner. I went up to the room. I just was so trusting..." of rising fame that "Sometimes, I’m amazed I survived any of it."
